Supporting shared owners, leaseholders and residents
Welcome to Redwing
We’re a Liverpool-based housing provider and property services team. Our primary role is to support people in their homes – before they move in and for as long as they live there.
Whether you’re a shared owner, leaseholder or resident, you’ll find clear, accessible information about your home, guidance on your rights and responsibilities, and support when things don’t go as planned. We aim to explain things openly, without pressure or sales language, so you can make informed decisions and understand what to expect from us.
How can we help?
Shared owners
Redwing offers clear guidance on how shared ownership works in practice, including ongoing costs, repairs and maintenance responsibilities, staircasing, selling your home, and understanding the legal terms of your lease. We also explain where to get independent advice and what alternatives you may want to consider.
Leaseholders
We provide information about your lease, service charges, major works, consultation rights, lease extensions and how decisions about your building are made. We aim to be transparent about costs and give you opportunities to ask questions and raise concerns.
Tenants
Support with repairs and maintenance, health and safety information, how to raise concerns or complaints, and access to information about how we’re performing as a housing provider.
Your home, your rights and responsibilities
Your lease is the key document that sets out your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours as your landlord. It explains who is responsible for repairs, how service charges are calculated, how safety is managed, and how decisions about your building are made.
We aim to explain these responsibilities clearly, including where costs sit and what support you can expect from us, so you always know where you stand.
Support and complaints
If something isn’t right, we want to help resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible. You can contact us for advice, report a repair, or raise a complaint. We’ll explain what happens next, how long it should take, and what to do if you’re not satisfied with the outcome.
Our performance
We publish information about how we’re performing as a registered housing provider, including tenant satisfaction, complaints handling and how money is used. This helps residents understand how we’re doing, how we’re regulated, and how we’re working to improve services.
