We’ve published our annual performance report for April 2023 – March 2024.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to understand how we are performing. We are open and honest about how things are going, and we always strive to improve our services and how we run them.
At the heart of this is customer feedback – we use your feedback to help us make positive changes and improve satisfaction.
The Annual Report
Our Annual Report shows how we performed in key service areas, such as repairs, complaints and anti-social behaviour.
You’ll be able to see how we’re performing against our targets and how we compare to other similar sized housing associations in the North West.
While we are meeting or exceeding targets in some areas, we recognise there is room for improvement and the report explains what we’re doing to improve in key areas.

Our Value for Money Statement shows how we're performing against our regulator's value for money metrics. This includes information about how we are reducing costs, making services more efficient and seeing more value from the investments we make.
