Summerfield Close Sold in a Week!

Redwing is thrilled to announce that all homes at Summerfield Close, our new development in West Derby, sold within just one week of launch!

All four stylish, eco-friendly, three-bedroom houses were quickly snapped up by eager buyers, demonstrating the high demand for quality, affordable housing in Liverpool. The strong response to Summerfield Close also highlights the appeal of Shared Ownership — a part-buy, part-rent option that helps buyers step onto the property ladder faster and more affordably.

This project is the result of collaboration within The Regenda Group and its subsidiaries, including Redwing, M&Y Maintenance and Construction, and Regenda Homes. While the four three-bedroom houses were available through Shared Ownership with Redwing, the remaining 18 apartments will be available for social rent through Regenda Homes and advertised on Property Pool Plus — bringing a much-needed selection of high-quality, affordable homes to the area. The first residents are set to move in by December 2024.
