We have been shortlisted for not one but two national awards at the 2024 Love to Rent Awards!

The Love to Rent awards celebrate excellence in the Build-To-Rent (BTR) sector across the UK. Redwing is a finalist in both the ‘Best Consultancy to the BTR Industry’ and ‘Best BTR Partnership’ categories.

This is the second time Redwing has been recognised nationally for its market-leading services, partnerships and outstanding customer experiences.

Redwing, Warrington Housing Association (WHA) and Incrementum were winners of the Partnership of The Year award at last year’s Love to Rent Awards.

Best BTR Partnership 2024 – Redwing & Letta

Redwing and Letta, Peel Group’s single-family Build-To-Rent arm, for their solution to the growing demand for single-family rental homes in suburban areas.

The partnership brings together Redwing’s specialist experience in marketing, letting, and managing properties,  with Peel’s housebuilding expertise, to create a unique offering in the rental market.

The results of this partnership have been remarkable. Redwing achieved a 98.9% let rate, with 95 out of the 96 homes let off plan. This performance significantly reduced void loss to just over one day, saving Letta 75% in potential void loss.

The energy efficiency of Letta homes has reduced tenant energy bills by up to 25%, contributing to both tenant satisfaction and environmental sustainability. Redwing and Letta have also achieved an astounding 77.7% tenant renewal rate, solidifying the partnership’s commitment to providing high-quality and stable rental homes.

Together, they plan to deliver 1,000 high-quality, energy-efficient and exceptionally managed homes over the next five years.

Best Consultancy to the BTR Industry 2024  

Redwing’s shortlisting for Best Consultancy reflects its expertise in guiding Build-To-Rent developments to success. As part of Liverpool Waters, Redwing and their in-house concierge team, manage 105 apartments at Plaza 1821 with consistent 100 occupancy and an average void rate of just 2 days.
