We have recently launched a survey to get your views on our approach to making reasonable adjustments for vulnerable customers. The survey will take around five minutes to complete, and all information collected is confidential.  

We recognise the importance of being flexible with our services to meet customer needs and ensure that we are accessible to all, regardless of individual characteristics or personal circumstances. We’re committed to making reasonable adjustments to our services if a customer has an additional support need or vulnerability.
