Residents Voice Panel
We've created a Resident Voice Panel (RVP) to assist in the delivery of our Resident Involvement Strategy. The Panel is a part of the Regenda Group Governance structure with its own terms of reference.
The panel’s responsibility is to ensure accountability and delivery of the Charter for Social Housing and the Regenda Residents Charter in accordance with our values.
The panel is made of Redwing and Regenda Homes residents from across North West England. The Executive Director of Customer Services chairs the panel, which is also championed by a Board Member, forming a direct route from the Residents Voice Panel to The Regenda Board.
As well as monitoring Regenda and Redwing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures, the Resident Voice Panel also monitor performance key performance indicators.
The measures change during the year, to ensure we are reporting on the areas that are relevant to not only internal but external factors.
If you'd like to get involved and have your voice heard you can visit our dedicated tenant involvement page: Get Involved
What do the Resident Voice Panel do?
What do the Resident Voice Panel do?
RVP members will be making an extremely valuable contribution to our work as we rely on our residents to help us support, maintain and improve the products and services we provide:
-
Hold Regenda and Redwing to account for the delivery of our Resident Voice Strategy
-
Share resident's views with our board and committees to help prioritise and shape services
-
Monitor the performance of our complaints service, Resident Charter and our service promises
-
Act as a 'critical friend', reviewing policies and strategies that directly impact service delivery
-
Provide feedback to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with Regenda’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy
-
Identify problems and provide feedback to help Regenda Homes and Redwing meet the expectations of our residents and regulators
Senior managers will be responsible for reporting customer feedback performance, regulatory compliance, and performance against the Together with Tenants and Regenda Resident Charter. The RVP reviews areas for scrutiny and monitors the outcomes and delivery of recommendations.

I purchased my apartment in Waterloo, Liverpool, on a shared ownership scheme in July 2020 so coming up to my third anniversary as a homeowner.
Becoming a member of the panel was of interest as I felt improvements could be made to the sales process and management service and real-time feedback is an ideal way to make positive changes.
During my time as a panel member, I would like to act as a representative for other residents to provide feedback to Regenda directors so that engagement is increased and relevant changes can be made to improve experience to services.
